Our Spa Covers are made from a specialised Swiss patented film called XF Film ensuring UV protection, durability and strength in harsh weather conditions.
– What sizes are available for the spa covers?
We offer a range of sizes to fit various spa dimensions. Please refer to the size chart for the most suitable fit for your spa.
– How do I secure the spa cover?
The cover includes ultrasonic welded eyelets for secure fastening, making it easy to tie down and ensure a snug fit.
– I already have a hard top spa cover. Why do I need your spa cover?
Our spa cover is designed to go over your existing hard top covers and cover your spa till the ground. Our spa covers help you prolong the life of your hard top covers and the entire frame of the spa. By covering both the hard top covers and the frame you are protecting them from bird droppings, tree sap and dust.
– Can I use your spa cover if I don’t have a hard top cover?
Yes, you can use our covers regardless of having a hard top cover or not. Please note that the spa cover does not maintain temperature when used without a hard top cover.
– Is the spa cover UV resistant?
Yes, our spa covers are UV resistant and come with a 3-year UV guarantee. They are designed to be outdoors on your spa all year round.
– Is the cover waterproof?
Absolutely! The spa cover is 100% waterproof with heat welded seams to protect your spa from rain, and other weather elements.
– Can I get a custom size for the covers?
We do offer custom sizing for bulk orders. If you require a specific size, feel free to contact our team for a quote.
– How long does delivery take?

During our manufacturing process, the layers of raw material are laminated in opposing directions, creating greater cross-directional strength. Unlike normal poly covers that are typically woven in a single direction, ARK Spa Covers offer superior strength and better field performance.
Ultrasonic Welded Eyelets
The Spa Covers come with ultrasonically welded eyelets all around the bottom edge of the covers. A rope can be threaded through these eyelets to further tighten or secure your spa cover to your spa.

The Spa Covers are made from 200 GSM thick XF Film. This makes them tough and tear resistant. Designed to stay on your spa all year round and protect it from the elements.
