$17.50 flat rate for orders between $50 and $100
$12.00 flat rate for orders below $50

What are the click & collect details?
We have a warehouse located at 13 Atlantic Drive in Keysborough, Melbourne. You can come in person and purchase your products directly from our warehouse. We have card payment facilities available for you. Please note opening hours are between 10am – 4pm, Mon – Fri.
How long does delivery take?

Are your tarps completely waterproof?
Yes! All our tarps and covers are completely waterproof! This has been tested through a laboratory in Australia and we are proud to confidently offer 100% waterproof products.
How strong are your eyelets?
The eyelets on our tarp are ultrasonically welded and double reinforced to provide extra strength! We have done eyelets strength testing to give you an idea of just how much load/strain our eyelets can take. Check these out under the Eyelet Test Video tab.
How do your products stand against the sun?
We are so confident on our product performance that we offer you a 3 Year Warranty against any UV degradation. Our products love the sun! and once again, we back our claims with testing. Our tarp and cover materials have been thoroughly tested against rapid UV degeneration and have outlasted and outperformed other common tarps/covers.

How heavy are the tarps?
We have a tarp weight info tab on each product page which contains both the weight and packed size of each tarp. You can find this under the Tarp Weight Info tab.
Do you make custom sizes/colours?
We can only make custom sizes/colours if you are planning to purchase a large quantity or if you are planning to purchase a large size. Get in touch with us through the contact us button and we can discuss this together.

We are from Melbourne! ARK Tarps was established in 2016 and is part of the ARK Parts Group of companies which was established in 2005. We are an Australian family owned business and have been around for 18+ years, so we know a thing or two about providing the best quality products to our customers. How to Return an item
The fastest way to process your return is via our Australia Post Returns Portal:
This portal allows you to easily generate a return label and drop your parcel at any Australia Post location or locker.
Please note: the portal only supports returns for parcels under 22kg or if your order was originally delivered by Australia Post.
Returning Bulky or Oversized Items (Over 22kg)
If your item weighs more than 22kg, it cannot be processed through the online returns portal. In this case, please contact us to arrange a manual return.
The customer will need to email sales@arktarps.com.au to get the RA# from our office and which will need to be quoted on the parcel and return documentation.
Tarp Returns on Pallets or Skids
Please note, depending on the size of the tarp, some tarps may be delivered on a small pallet/skid. It is the responsibility of the buyer to ensure that they put the tarp back on the pallet/skid to be returned to us. A product delivered on a pallet must be returned on a pallet.
Additionally, due to transport company restirctions, any tarp delivered on a pallet/skid may need to be collected from a commercial address in order to be returned to us. It is the responsibility of the buyer to ensure that the pallet/skid is collected from a commercial address, as required by transport companies.
Return Shipping Costs
The buyer is responsible for return postage and for ensuring the item is returned to our warehouse in acceptable condition.
For returns initiated through the portal, postage costs will be calculated automatically.
For bulky items returned manually, shipping arrangements and costs will be confirmed via email.
Where we have offered free delivery on the original purchase, we reserve the right to charge the actual shipping cost and deduct this amount from the refund amount upon return.
We reserve the right to charge a minimum 15% re-stocking fee on all returns.
All returned items will be inspected upon arrival. Refunds will only be processed once the item is confirmed to be unused and in original condition.

These tarps are affected by seasonal requirements and hence we offer a ‘No Questions’ 14 day money back guarantee for them. All items must be unused and in original condition, and to be returned in the original packaging.
