Product Description

Product Description

100% Waterproof

Our Trailer Covers are born waterproof. The raw materials used in their production are waterproof, ensuring that each layer of our cover provides complete waterproof protection. Unlike other covers, which often have only a thin, water-resistant coating applied after manufacturing, our covers offer full waterproofing throughout.

XF Film – Swiss Patented Film

Our Trailer Covers are made from 250 GSM XF Film. This specialised Swiss‑patented film ensures exceptional strength, durability, and reliability. Our unique manufacturing process sets our covers apart from anything else in the industry.

UV Resistant – 3 Year Guarantee

ARK Trailer Covers offer excellent UV resistance and come with a 3‑year UV guarantee. Designed for extended outdoor use, they will not peel, crack, or disintegrate under harsh sunlight, making them ideal for Australia’s extreme weather conditions.

Ultrasonic Welded Eyelets

The eyelets on the Trailer Covers are ultrasonically welded onto a sleeve of thick plastic, integrating them into the cover material for added strength.

Strong & Reliable

During our manufacturing process, the layers of raw material are laminated in opposing directions, creating greater cross‑directional strength. Unlike normal poly tarps that are typically woven in a single direction, ARK Trailer Covers offer superior strength and better field performance. This superior strength translates to excellent weather resistance, protecting your trailer from wind, rain, and debris during transit and storage.

Backed By Australian Lab Tests

All our covers have been tested to meet various Australian standards. When we say our covers are tried and tested, we mean it. We control the entire production process from start to finish, ensuring all quality and compliance checks are met before the product reaches your hands.

Warranty Policy

Warranty Policy

Trailer covers come with a 3 year warranty. Please note that the warranty does not cover breaking of the zips or any tears to the eyelets, zippers and/or the cover as these can occur from factors beyond our control.

When using the cover, it is very important that all eyelets are tied down and it must be securely roped across the top and around the perimeter. Simply securing the eyelets is not enough. You need to protect the cover from flapping and excess wind pressures. Failure to do so may result in tearing or zipper damage.

Trailer Cover Tips & Tricks

When using the trailer cover we highly recommend that you do the following:

  1. Ensure that all the eyelets are secured to the trailer
  2. Rope is applied across the cover. It is best to put a rope across the length, width and the perimeter of the cover to protect the cover and ensure the wind doesn’t get underneath the cover
  3. Allow for water to run off from the cover and not pool in the middle. The water will not cause any leaks, but the pooling will add extra weight and strain to the corners of the cover
  4. Don’t force the zips across a wide gap as it can damage the zips
  5. For maximum weather protection, ensure the cover is taut when secured. This prevents water pooling and reduces wind resistance.

Frequently Asked Questions

What material is the trailer cover made from?

Our Trailer Covers are made from a specialised film called XF Film ensuring UV protection, durability, and strength.

Are the trailer covers fully enclosed?

Yes, our Trailer Covers are fully enclosed and designed specifically for cage trailers. Each side is heat welded to ensure no leaks, creating a complete sleeve around your trailer.

Does the trailer cover come with any zips?

The Trailer Covers include two zips at the back, allowing easy access to your trailer without removing the cover.

What sizes are available for the Trailer Covers?

We offer a range of sizes to suit standard trailer cages from 6ft x 4ft up to 8ft x 5ft. Refer to our sizing table to find the right fit.

What colour options are available?

The Trailer Covers are available in black.

How do I secure the trailer cover?

Each cover includes 20 ultrasonically welded eyelets along the bottom. We recommend using ropes across both the length and width of your cover when driving, as securing only the eyelets is not enough to prevent wind damage.

Do your trailer covers stretch or have any give?

Our covers have a small amount of flexibility (around 5% overall), so if your trailer dimensions match the listed cover size, it should stretch to fit.
