✅ Your parcel weighs under 22kg,

or

✅ Your order was originally delivered by Australia Post

If you are unsure of the parcel weight but your delivery came via Australia Post, you are safe to proceed.

📦 Returning a bulky or oversized item?

If your parcel weighs more than 22kg and was not delivered by Australia Post, you will need to arrange the return manually.
