Fitting Your Cover

  1. Check that your IBC dimensions and fitting positions are compatible with the cover.
  2. Inspect the cage, pallet and fittings for sharp edges or protrusions. Pad or cover these before fitting.
  3. Position the top access flap and outlet opening correctly.
  4. Secure the cover evenly using all applicable eyelets. Do not over-tighten.

Looking After Your Cover

• Prevent loose material from flapping in strong winds.
• Inspect the cover after high-wind events.
• Do not allow water or debris to pool on top.
• Do not place loads on the cover.
• Keep it away from leaking chemicals, oils, fuels, solvents, flames, exhausts and hot surfaces.
• Periodically remove or ventilate the cover where condensation may occur.
