What material is the pallet cover made from?
- Our Pallet Covers are made from a specialised film called XF Film ensuring UV protection, durability and strength.
Are the pallet covers fully enclosed?
- Yes, we have designed our Pallet Covers to be a fully box-shaped cover. Each side of the cover is heat welded ensuring that there are no leaks, and it acts like a fully enclosed sleeve for your pallets.
Is the cover waterproof?
- Absolutely! Our pallet covers are 100% waterproof with heat welded seams to protect your goods from rain and other weather elements.
How do your products stand against the sun?
- We are so confident in our product performance that we offer you a 3 Year Warranty against any UV degradation. Our products love the sun! Once again, we back our claims with testing. Our pallet cover materials have been thoroughly tested against rapid UV degeneration and have outlasted and outperformed other common tarps/covers.
Can the pallet covers maintain temperature?
- No, unfortunately, our covers are not insulated and hence cannot maintain temperature.
Are the pallet covers reusable?
- Yes, they are reusable and have been designed with a thick material to withstand everyday wear and tear to last for a long time. The whole idea of these covers is to reduce reliance on single-use plastic covers for your stored goods.
Does the cover come with any zips?
- We offer both options, with and without zippers.
What sizes are available for the Pallet Covers?
- We offer a variety of sizes to suit standard Chep and Euro-sized pallets. Check out our sizing table to find the right cover for your pallets.
Do your covers have a bit of give in them or are they made exactly to their size?
- Our covers usually have a little bit of give in them, roughly about 5% overall. So, if your pallet size and our cover size is the same, the cover should be able to stretch over the furniture. Any questions or issues, please feel free to get in touch with us.
What colour options can I get?
- The Pallet Covers come in a silver colour with both the width sides of the cover in a natural translucent colour. This allows you to see the items/goods that are covered under the pallet cover.
How do I secure the cover?
- Each cover comes with ultrasonically welded eyelets around the bottom. We would recommend putting bungee cords, ropes, or shock cords through the eyelets of the cover and securing them to your pallet. In addition to this, it is very important that you apply ropes across the top of the cover to secure the cover while driving with it on.
Can I drive with the cover on the pallets?
- Yes, you can drive with the cover on the pallets provided you have properly secured the cover. This includes putting ropes across the width and length of the cover to prevent it from catching wind or getting damaged.
Can I order a custom-sized Pallet Cover?
- We do offer custom sizes for bulk orders only. Contact our sales team to discuss your specific size requirements.
Do the Pallet Covers come with a warranty?
- Yes, all our covers come with a 3-year warranty. Please refer to our warranty policy for detailed information.
Can I use these covers for purposes other than pallets?
- While designed specifically for pallets, they are essentially box-shaped covers and can also be used to protect other equipment or vehicles, such as digger cabins, ATVs, or lawnmowers.
How long does delivery take?
- Delivery times depend on your location. We aim to dispatch all our orders within 1 business day from our warehouse in Melbourne. Please refer to our delivery/postage section for a rough guide on delivery times.

Tips & Tricks
When using the pallet cover we highly recommend that you do the following:
- Ensure the cover has been applied properly over the goods and zips are closed
- Any sharp objects or protrusions are covered with cardboard or removed
- If the cover is used while the pallets are in transit, rope is applied across the cover. It is best to put a rope across the length and width of the cover to protect the cover and ensure the wind doesn’t blow it away
- Don’t force the zips across a wide gap as it can damage the zips
Note – The performance of each pallet cover varies in accordance with the use and type of install. The pallet cover should be roped over to avoid the “parachute effect” and protected from sharp objects.

ARK Pallet covers are made out of 250 GSM Xtra Industrial Strength Material, making them stronger, better and more reliable than other covers. The covers are silver in colour with both the width sides in a natural translucent colour allowing you to see what is covered under the pallet!

Our pallet covers are used in many different applications where palletised goods need to be covered. They are perfect for covering your palletised goods and are reusable! They can also be used to slip over bulker bags that are stored open on a pallet.
Palletised material that is left uncovered is exposed to the elements resulting in potential damage to the goods and loss of money. Using our pallet covers, you can quickly cover your goods while in transit or storage and then remove the covers once unloaded.
The pallet covers come in standard sizes for each type of pallet. Select your pallet cover based on the type of pallet and the height of your packed goods.
