ARK Pallet Covers are born waterproof. The raw materials used in their production are waterproof, ensuring that each layer of our cover provides complete waterproof protection. Additionally, all the seams of the cover are heat welded ensuring complete protection from the elements.

Tear Resistance
One of the most significant issues with pallet covers is accidental tears caused by items poking out of the pallet. ARK pallet covers have a very high tear strength – accidental tears do not expand unless considerable force is applied.
Strong & Reliable
During our manufacturing process, the layers of raw material are laminated in opposing directions, creating greater cross-directional strength. Unlike normal poly tarps that are typically woven in a single direction, ARK Pallet Covers offer superior strength and better field performance.

Tips & Tricks
When using the pallet cover we highly recommend that you do the following:
- Ensure the cover has been applied properly over the goods and zips are closed
- Any sharp objects or protrusions are covered with cardboard or removed
- If the cover is used while the pallets are in transit, rope is applied across the cover. It is best to put a rope across the length and width of the cover to protect the cover and ensure the wind doesn’t blow it away
- Don’t force the zips across a wide gap as it can damage the zips
Note – The performance of each pallet cover varies in accordance with the use and type of install. The pallet cover should be roped over to avoid the “parachute effect” and protected from sharp objects.

ARK Pallet covers are made out of 250 GSM Xtra Industrial Strength Material, making them stronger, better and more reliable than other covers. The covers are silver in colour with both the width sides in a natural translucent colour allowing you to see what is covered under the pallet!

Our pallet covers are used in many different applications where palletised goods need to be covered. They are perfect for covering your palletised goods and are reusable! They can also be used to slip over bulker bags that are stored open on a pallet.
Palletised material that is left uncovered is exposed to the elements resulting in potential damage to the goods and loss of money. Using our pallet covers, you can quickly cover your goods while in transit or storage and then remove the covers once unloaded.
The pallet covers come in standard sizes for each type of pallet. Select your pallet cover based on the type of pallet and the height of your packed goods.
