What materials are patio heater covers made from?
• We offer patio heater covers made from two different materials – Classic and Premium. The classic cover is made from 90 GSM XF Film, and the premium material is made from 160 GSM XF Film and then lined with non-woven polypropylene to give it a soft fabric finish.

Is the patio heater cover waterproof?
• Absolutely! Both the classic and premium patio heater covers are 100% waterproof with heat welded seams to protect your heater from rain and other weather elements.

Is the patio heater cover UV resistant?
• Yes, our patio heater covers are UV resistant. They are designed to be outdoors on your patio heater all year round.

What sizes are available for patio heaters?
• The patio heater cover comes in a single size of 100 DIAMETER x 210 H cm. We also offer a big range of other covers which can be viewed here.

Do your patio heater covers have a bit of give in them or are they made exactly to their size?
• Our covers usually have a little bit of give in them, roughly about 5% overall. So, if your heater size and our cover size is the same, the cover should be able to stretch over the heater. Any questions or issues, please feel free to get in touch with us.

Can I use the patio heater cover while the heater is running?
• No, please don’t use the cover while the heater is running as it will melt the plastic and cover and will be a fire hazard. We also recommend following the safety instructions below:
• Ensure that the cover is not used while the gas is turned on.
• Ensure the heater has been completely turned off and cooled down before putting the cover on.
• Follow all safety instructions included with your heater and cover.

How do I secure the patio heater cover?
• The heater cover comes with cord locking drawstrings on the cover. These can be pulled and locked to secure your cover to the heater. Additionally, the cover has a zip running down the centre of the cover, which can be opened to allow for the cover to be easily put on the heater.

Does the patio heater cover come with a warranty?
• Yes, we offer a 1-year warranty for our Classic Covers and a 3-year warranty for our Premium Covers.

Is it suitable for all weather conditions?
• Yes, you can use the cover for all weather conditions.

How do I clean the patio heater cover?
• Clean the cover with warm water or hose it down. Please do not use any chemicals or put the covers in a washing machine.

Does it have ventilation?
• The covers don’t have any ventilation as we cannot make a cover that is both waterproof and breathable. Condensation and moisture naturally occur where airflow is limited.
• Remove the cover from your heater periodically to allow air to circulate and to avoid the build-up of condensation between your heater and the cover.
• Always check with your heater manufacturer to confirm what effect condensation will have on it.
• Read all instructions included with your cover carefully before use.

How long does delivery take?
• Delivery times depend on your location. We aim to dispatch all our orders within 1 business day from our warehouse in Melbourne. Please refer to our delivery/postage section for a rough guide on delivery times.
