If the bag is being stored indoors or in a dry environment, leaving the zip slightly open to allow airflow. (We do not recommend doing this outdoors, as it will allow rainwater to enter.)

How do I secure the cushion bag?

The bag comes with a zip that can be closed to secure it. Please avoid forcing the zip over a large gap, as this may cause the zip to break.

Does the bag come with a warranty?

Yes — we offer a 1‑year warranty for our Classic Covers and a 3‑year warranty for our Premium Covers.

Is it suitable for all weather conditions?

Yes, you can use the bag in all weather conditions.

How do I clean the bag?

Clean the bag with warm water or hose it down. Please do not use any chemicals or put the bag in a washing machine.

Does it have ventilation?

The bags do not have ventilation, as it is not possible to make a bag both waterproof and breathable.

How long does delivery take?
