As a small family business, nothing makes us happier than hearing back from our customers on our product performance. We are always trying our best to improve our designs, products and customer service based on your feedback and suggestions.
How do we collect reviews?
We use an indpendent reiew collection website called Customer Reviews (CusRev). They send out post purchase emails to our customers on our behalf and collect the reviews being submitted. CusRev acts as an independent third party that invites all verified buyers to review their experience with products provided by ARK Tarps. Reviews are then made public by them.

What’s in the works?
We also thought that we would take this opportunity to share with you some of the new product lines that we have been working on!
1. Trailer Covers With Zippers
We have been getting a lot of feedback from you about our trailer covers and how they would be even better with zippers. We are planning on introducing new trailer covers with zippers towards the end of this year. Check out our trailer covers here if you haven’t checked them out yet!
2. Pallet Covers With Zippers
Same as the trailer covers, we have been getting similar feedback for our pallet covers. Customers have been asking for zippers for ease of use. We have been working on getting zippers on the covers and will also have them as part of our range by the end of this year! Check out our pallet covers here.
3. Shade Sails
We will be introducing a new line of shade sail products by early next year! This will be perfect for customers who want an alternate option to tarps to use as suspended shelters. We will keep you updated on when our shade sail products go live on the website.
4. Hand Knitted Grow Pots
We will also be looking to introduce to our range Hand Knitted Grow Pots. These are pots made out of a mix of fabric and shade cloth material. They have a lot of benefits when compared to traditional plastic pots/vases. We will keep you updated on when our Grow Pots go live on the website.
